How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Ruinedrangers Restoration wants every homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please say so. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Ruinedrangers Restoration
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If something is wrong with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Ruinedrangers Restoration cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@ruinedrangers.garden and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we review what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

You can reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
